I support music hubs, orchestras and arts organisations to increase the
quality and consistency of their education offer for young people with
additional learning and access needs, with a particular focus on the use
of technology.
This is achieved through strategic consultancy, practitioner training and mentoring, innovative project delivery and resource development.
I am founder and director of Transformance Music, lead the award-winning MEHEM UpRising project and am an Associate Musician Drake Music.
My work is grounded in the Social Model of Disability and Marshall Rosenburg’s theory of Non-Violent Communication.
